By now you’ve heard that H.R. 4213 has passed. Here’s a look at some of the modifications the bill has undergone over the last few months. Number one on the list summarizes the version which passed and was signed into law today by President Obama.

State unemployment insurance is retroactive, so payments will be sent to eligible recipients starting in two to four weeks (check your state).
